Results: Two- Dimensional Model
Our two-dimensional model ran an unsteady flow analysis using our 2-D mesh and a 15-minute hydrograph of flow rates taken at the USGS Main Street flow gauge between August 20th and August 26th, 2018. Below is an animation of the flood event created in HEC-RAS
The maximum extent of flooding in our model is shown by the boundary in the image below
